I call BS on the end of this article:

'Kids across the nation will soon rejoice,' said Upton, because they'll have another hour of daylight trick-or-treating.

No, they won't. The best part of trick-or-treating is being out in the dark. It is no fun to be wearing a scary costume in the daytime.

Evidently, the cost of being rich experiences greater inflation than the Consumer Price Index.
